Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from Credits and plan. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Your reports stay.

Refunds

Not happy in your first 7 days? Email us for a full refund. Details in the refund and cancellation policy.

How do I pay?

Card, UPI AutoPay, or netbanking through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. You get an invoice by email for every payment.

Is access instant?

Yes. Gran is an online service, so Pro switches on as soon as the payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.
